Drea and I were first introduced by my groomsman, Ryan Minter. He had the bright idea that we would make a great couple. He was right. I am forever indebted to him for that. Taking Ryan’s advice, I called Drea. Throughout that initial conversation with her, there was not a single awkward moment. You would have thought that we had known each other for ages. We have been sharing special moments, one after another, ever since.

As Kenny mentioned, we were perfectly matched by his groomsman, Ryan Minter. I am always taken back to the text from Ryan which read: “Hey Drea. Its Ryan. Do you have a minute? I have a recommendation for you.”  Thank you God for sending Ryan and his recommendation. My first conversation with Kenny was unique and after the initial introduction we talked like we had known each other for years. We spoke about family, his college buddies, life. I immediately felt a connection of comfort.  We were very comfortable with each other. Our first date was amazing.  We went to one of my favorite places, Blue Martini. The night was filled with chats and good laughs. The most memorable part about the evening was when we got ready to leave and Kenny held my hand and watched every step I took down the stairs.  He ensured that I didn’t miss a step.  The most amazing thing is that he still does that. If he sees stairs, he will hold my hand.  He protects me always. I found my best friend and my biggest supporter. Kenny stays consistently wonderful. I love him for all the ways he loves me.  His smile keeps me smiling.  He is one of the most positive and sincere people I know.
